LUX2asia, Bali’s first luxury travel design company, which opened its doors on 1 July 2009, is set to change the travel scene with its innovative, unique and stylish holiday concept.

The company works on the B2B and B2C models. While it caters exclusively to high-end travellers its services is also opened to all - from hotels/resorts to travel agents, tour operators, FITs (free individual travellers) luxury MICE organisers, and just about anyone who wants a unique travel experience.

LUX2asia operates 24 hours a day throughout the year (except on Nyepi, Bali’s Day of Silence) and is on hand to meet its guests’ every need. Whether it is a sudden desire to watch the sunrise sipping champagne, smoke Cuban cigars at midnight, a yearning for imported French Praline, a last-minute gourmet meal cooked by a celebrity chef, high tea in a luxury tent in the lush green rice field, a private beach experience for a day of rest and relax, or an exploration of ancient temples, LUX2asia will make it happen for you.

Another first for LUX2asia is its 24-hour Concierge Service. Its concept is to replace the traditional tour guides with personal multilingual butlers who work round the clock and act as airport holiday representatives, guides, and personal assistants to the guests during holidays. They also have fundamental knowledge and skills on housekeeping, cooking and food and beverage.

Supporting the butlers and designers is a dedicated team of reservations and research staff.

LUX2asia’s team comprises Balinese born and raised on the Island of the Gods who are proud to show of the beauty of their birthplace to visitors. Their inherent knowledge of Bali makes them good guides and “teachers” in sharing Bali’s rich history, culture and its various attractions with their guests.

By involving Balinese in its operations LUX2asia is ploughing back the benefits of the tourism industry to the local community.

On the rationale behind the formation of the company LUX2asia’s founder and director, Renato Domini, says: “LUX2asia was conceived to cater to the niche luxury market, which Bali is attracting.

“These VVIPs need discretion, privacy and seclusion, as well as first class service and facilities during their holidays.
